We have a strict no refund, return or exchange policy on all plant sales. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. For issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide unboxing videos and pictures within 2 hours of the delivery timestamp, so we can address the issue appropriately.

Please keep in mind that the plant you are purchasing is a live product and will be shipped in a box. As a result, there may be some cosmetic damage to the plant during transit. Although we will take all necessary precautions to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping, including delays, temperature-related stress, lost mail, or any other issues that may arise.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once your package has been shipped, we cannot accommodate any cancellations or changes to your order. There is a 5% cancellation fee for the total of the order.
